I wanted to brand my own business as bright, fun, and a little whimsical. Thick, wavy letters invoke a sense of creativity, but not without structure. Early concepts of this brand featured the main font, synthemesc w00, as presented, however it was quickly evident that the letters looked best when fit together like a puzzle.
The original color scheme is simple and muted, to give a sense of artistry and professionalism. The final concept features star/sparkle iconography and illustrations of me - the artist + her spark of creativity.
The brand was revamped in early 2026 to give it a brighter, more modern feel. The logo was kept fundamentally the same, but the brand fonts were updated to include Bookmania and Helvetica for a more polished feel. New illustrations were also added, and the process is shown below!
